From previous posts, you can probably tell that I think infographics are a great way to get a wealth of information out in minimal time. The one below is particularly helpful for me as I love to eat fish as if they are going out of style and in some respects… they are. As overfishing and emptying our oceans seems to be all the rage, the infographic below is important now more than ever.
The image below helps point you in the right direction in how buying fish that are appropriate to your region can help maintain healthy fish populations. If you zoom in on the infographic, you can also see what methods are used to obtain the fish depending on region. Apologies to my non-U.S. readers as the graphic is US-focused.
